Walter Computer & Tech Help started after I helped a local business replace and configure a computer system. The business had an older laptop that was slow and frustrating for daily work. I helped choose a new computer, set it up, install Microsoft 365, configure Windows, run updates, and prepare the system for business use.
That project showed a real need for simple, reliable, local technology help for small businesses and everyday users.
